What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging, have less than 10 miles on the odometer, and be in like-new condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Do hjmbikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every hjmbike comes with a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
Is assembly required when my bike arrives?
Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide.

How do I maintain my bike's battery for long-term use?
To maximize battery life, avoid storing it in extreme temperatures and try to keep the charge between 20% and 80%. If you aren't riding for a while, charge it at least once a month.
